Enrolling is easy

Start by visiting Aptia365, or visit https://aptia365.com/msi if you are outside the Motorola Solutions network.

  1. Log in.
    First-time users:
    • Click Get Started.
    • Enter the information requested to register your account.

    Returning users:
    • Log in with using your username and password. If you forgot your login information, click the links to reset your username or password.
    • Complete the two-step verification process. Choose whether to receive your verification code by email or phone, and then enter your verification code upon receipt.

  2. Select Open Enrollment: Your 2025 Benefits. Then, click Get Started.
  3. Review your benefits.
    • Want help selecting your benefits? Click Enroll With Expert Guidance. You'll answer a few questions and then Aptia365 will build you a personalized package of benefits based on your responses. You can see what's included in the package of benefits, and choose to edit the coverage or select the package.
    • Prefer to choose your benefits one by one? Click Enroll By Individual Benefit to choose each of your benefits individually or waive coverage. Follow the prompts to choose each benefit and confirm who is covered.

  4. Need help? Connect with the Motorola Solutions Benefits Center by phone at (855) 727-8189, or via live chat on the Aptia365 website. Licensed counselors are available Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time.

  5. Confirm and finish. Once you've made your selections and reviewed them for accuracy, click Yes, I accept to the Terms and Conditions, and then click Check Out. After you check out, review your benefits summary, which you can find on the homepage next to the Dashboard tab. Please review your confirmation statement for accuracy and save a copy for your records.

Avoid These Common Enrollment Mistakes

  1. Remember to elect a contribution to your HSA, FSA or Commuter Spending Account. These elections do not roll over automatically.
  2. Confirm who is covered under each plan to see if there is anyone you need to add or remove.
  3. Check your Commuter Spending Account election. If you have a large balance that you are not using, consider waiving your contributions. You can always start contributing again at any point during the year.
  4. Save a copy of your elections. After you check out, review your benefits summary for accuracy, and then save a copy for your records.
  5. Review your first pay statement in January to confirm you have the correct benefit elections.

Protecting Your Personal Information - Multifactor Authentication

Aptia365 allows you easy access to your personal information. To ensure the protection of your data, you need to complete a security step called multifactor authentication, or MFA. You may be familiar with MFA if you access banking or social media websites and personalized apps. You will be asked to enter a temporary numeric code to confirm your identity and keep your information secure.
