Eligible Employees
All active regular full-time or part-time employees who are scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in MSI’s benefits program. New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to enroll in benefits.
Eligible dependents
You may cover your eligible dependents under MSI’s medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits. During enrollment, you will be asked to certify that your dependents meet the requirements for coverage as eligible dependents. Please make sure you submit your dependent verification in a timely fashion.
Your eligible dependents include:
- Spouse or domestic partner (same or opposite gender).
- Your child(ren) and your covered spouse’s or domestic partner’s child(ren) up to age 26.
- Disabled children who became disabled on or before age 26.
