Welcome to your 2026 benefits

At Motorola Solutions, we're committed to supporting your total well-being while also delivering value for you, your family, and the company.

From your family to your budget, your doctors to your health goals — everything about you is unique. That's why we partner with Aptia365 — an online benefits platform that offers a choice of benefits, plus tools and information to put you in charge of your health and your benefits.

Transition of care

If you are currently receiving care from a doctor who is not part of the network of your 2026 medical plan, and your treatment will continue after Jan. 1, 2026, you can apply to continue treatment with that doctor temporarily at the in-network benefit level. Please review the guidelines below.

Examples of medical conditions that may meet the guidelines:

  • Pregnancy in the third trimester
  • Patients who are hospitalized prior to Jan. 1, 2026
  • Terminal illness where life expectancy is less than six months
  • Long-term treatment of cancer, heart disease or transplants

Examples of medical conditions that do not meet the guidelines:

  • Routine care (immunizations, physicals)
  • Chronic conditions that are stabilized (asthma, diabetes)
  • Minor illness (flu, sore throat, sprains)
  • Elective surgery

Call BCBSIL Customer Service at (855) 804-3639 or Aetna Customer Service at (833) 963-1987 to find out if you or a covered dependent may be eligible for transition of care. Please refer to the Request for Continued Access to Providers documents below to apply. Your existing provider may also apply on your behalf.

Additionally, if you have elective care planned or a procedure scheduled in 2026 and you switched medical carriers for 2026, please be aware that prior authorization may need to be reviewed by your new medical carrier.
